OUR PURPOSE IS: RESTORATION
The Call of Restoration
Shalom, I am Rabbi HaTzair M. Francisco Arbas.
As a HaTzair (the junior Rabbi),
Luke 6:40 A talmid/disciple is not above his Rabbi; but each one, when he is fully trained, will be like his Rabbi.
I assist, serve, and follow as a talmid of my Rabbi, Y’hoshua Ben Y’hovah — known in English as Jesus the Christ. In Hebrew, His name is Y’hoshua HaMashiach, meaning “Yeshua the Anointed One,” the promised Redeemer of Yisra’el.
I am a Netzari Talmid — a Nazarene disciple — walking in The Way. As a Rabbi, I teach Netzari Mashiach Judaism as commanded in:
“Go therefore and make talmidim of all nations, immersing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Ruach HaKodesh.”
— Mattityahu (Matthew) 28:19, TS2009
“Y’hoshua said to him, ‘I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.’”
— Yochanan (John) 14:6, TS2009
The earliest followers of Y’hoshua were known as Netzarim, or The Way — as recorded in:
“For we have found this man a pestilent fellow, and a mover of sedition among all the Y'hudim throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Netzarim.”
— Ma’asei (Acts) 24:5, TS2009
“But this I confess to you, that according to The Way which they call a sect, so I worship the Elohim of my fathers, believing all that has been written in the Torah and the Prophets.”
— Ma’asei (Acts) 24:14, TS2009
In the first century, even the Romans regarded the Netzarim — the followers of The Way — as a sect of Judaism, not as a separate religion called Christianity.
The Way differs from modern Rabbinic and Orthodox Judaism, and also from modern Christianity, both of which have added doctrines and traditions not found in Scripture.
Today, Netzari Mashiach Judaism seeks to restore the original emunah (faith), to shamar (guard), and have halakhah (walk of life) of those first talmidim — Jews and Gentiles grafted together into the olive tree of Yisra’el (Romans 11).
This is not a new religion, but a return to the ancient path — the pure faith and covenant relationship established through the Torah, the Prophets, and fulfilled in Y’hoshua HaMashiach.
Are you seeking restoration? Do you need hope for eternal life and a more fulfilling present life? If religion has left you unsatisfied or hurt, and you desire a genuine faith and a deeper relationship with Avinu Elohei, there is great hope for you. Healing is possible. The Way is the original faith of the First-century believers. Join us as a disciple of Rabbi Y'hoshua, and we will welcome you home.

The Ancient Path and the Warning to This Generation
Y’hovah has never changed His way—only man has. From the beginning, He established His Torah as the foundation for His people, calling us to walk in His derekh (way).
“Stand at the crossroads and look; ask about the ancient paths: ‘Which one is the good way?’ Take it, and you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not take it.’”
— Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 6:16, CJB
“I appointed watchmen over you, saying, ‘Listen for the sound of the shofar.’ But they said, ‘We will not listen.’ Therefore hear, you nations; and know, O congregation, what is among them. Hear, O earth! I am bringing disaster on this people, the fruit of their own thoughts, because they have not heeded My words, and have rejected My Torah.”
— Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 6:17–19, TS2009
These passages reflect the very condition of today’s religious world. Many profess love for God but refuse His TORAH, preferring the comfort of tradition over the truth and obedience.
Today’s religions, both Christianity and Modern Judaism, often claim to represent Y’hovah—but too many have replaced His commandments with doctrines of men. The shofar still sounds, calling His people back to His Word, yet few have ears to hear.
The call of Netzari Mashiach Judaism is simple and ancient: Return. Return to the faith of Avraham, Yitz’chak, and Ya’akov. Return to the covenant. Return to the TORAH that Y’hoshua lived, taught, and fulfilled perfectly.
Contending for the Faith Once Delivered
The central mission of this ministry is built upon the timeless exhortation from the book of Y'hudah (Jude):
“Loved ones, though very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I felt the necessity to write to you urging you to continue to contend for the emunah (faith) that was once for all handed down to the kedoshim (set-apart ones).”
— Y'hudah (Jude) 1:3, TS2009
The emunah (faith) once delivered is not a religion, denomination, or tradition. It is the living covenant relationship between Y’hovah and His people, renewed and restored through His Son, Y’hoshua HaMashiach.
Our Rabbi, Y’hoshua Ben Y’hovah, is the cornerstone of Netzari Mashiach Judaism — the very foundation upon which the faith of The Way was built.
“Therefore thus said the Master Y’hovah: ‘See, I lay in Tziyon a stone for a foundation, a tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a firm foundation; he who believes shall not act hastily.’”
— Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 28:16, TS2009
Through His perfect obedience, sacrifice, and resurrection, Y’hoshua opened the way for all who are disciples to be reconciled to Avinu Elohei (our Father and God). His life was not the creation of a new religion but the restoration of the covenant faith that had been corrupted by human tradition.
To contend for the faith means to stand firmly against false doctrines, to live as a set-apart people, and to proclaim the truth of the Torah and Mashiach to a world drowning in deception.
Our mission is not merely to teach, but to restore — to rebuild what has been torn down, to heal what has been wounded, and to call every seeker back to the living covenant of Y’hovah.
The Way of the Netzarim – Return to Torah and Truth
The movement known in Scripture as The Way was never meant to be a new faith, but the continuation of Y’hovah’s eternal covenant with His people — a faith built on the Torah, the Prophets, and the teachings of Y’hoshua HaMashiach.
“And they continued steadfastly in the teaching of the emissaries, and in fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in the prayers.”
— Ma’asei (Acts) 2:42, TS2009
The Netzarim — the original talmidim of Y’hoshua — lived as Torah-observant followers of the Messiah. They understood that the renewed covenant (Brit Ḥadashah) did not abolish the Torah but revealed its fullness through the Spirit.
“Do not think that I came to destroy the Torah or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to complete.”
— Mattityahu (Matthew) 5:17, TS2009
Netzari Mashiach Judaism, therefore, seeks to restore the original halakhah — the walk of life — that Y’hoshua and His talmidim practiced. We study both the Tanakh (Torah, Nevi’im, and Ketuvim) and the Brit Ḥadashah (Renewed Covenant) as one unified Word of Y’hovah called TORAH, illuminated by His Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).
This faith is not bound to man-made institutions or denominational divisions. It is a living covenant relationship with the Creator of the universe — a relationship that produces obedience, love, and holiness.
“If you love Me, you shall guard My commands.”
— Yochanan (John) 14:15, TS2009
The Netzarim are not part of mainstream Christianity or Rabbinic Judaism. We are a people set apart — those who walk in The Way of our Hebrew Rabbi and our King, Y’hoshua HaMashiach, the true Netzar (Branch) from the root of Yishai (Jesse).
“And a Rod shall come forth from the stump of Yishai, and a Branch (Netzar) shall grow from his roots.”
— Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 11:1, TS2009
To return to The Way is to return to the faith once delivered — a path of restoration, obedience, and renewed covenant life.
My Testimony and Calling
Every restoration begins with a personal awakening. For me, that awakening came through the mercy and guidance of Y’hovah.
I was born in Makati, Rizal, Philippines, to a father of French and English descent — a Navy veteran — and a mother who was a Filipina and of Spanish-Jewish descent. My grandfather on my mom's side, F. Arbas, was not a Filipino but was a Spanish Jew whose lineage traced back to Spain.
I was raised and continued in the Catholic religion until 1986.
I was unaware of my Jewish heritage until 2021, when I began to research my family roots. In 2024, DNA testing confirmed what the Ruach had already stirred within me — a partial Jewish lineage. Yet my true identity as part of Yisra’el was established long before, when I was born again and grafted into Yisrael the olive tree in 1986.
“And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, have been grafted in among them, and came to share the root and fatness of the olive tree, do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast, remember: you do not bear the root, but the root bears you!”
— Romiyim (Romans) 11:17–18, TS2009
From that time, I have seen Y’hovah’s hand guiding, correcting, and transforming me through many trials, tribulations, and victories. He delivered me from addiction, renewed my mind, and strengthened my heart through the daily work of His Ruach.
For 35 years, I served within Pentecostal Christianity — twenty of those as an ordained minister — laboring as a pastor, teacher, elder, evangelist, and chaplain. Yet in 2021, I heard the call:
“Come out of her, My people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not be infected by her plagues.”
— Ḥazon (Revelation) 18:4, TS2009
It was then that I began my journey out of Greco-Roman religious systems and Babylon to follow the true teacher, my Hebrew Rabbi, Y’hoshua Ben Y’hovah, in spirit and in truth. I dedicated myself to study in yeshiva, learning Torah, Hebrew, and Netzarim halakhah, for a lifetime. Being grafted into Yisrael, my Rabbi confirms my heritage to be from the tribe of Y'hudah and a son of Avaraham, my father in the Emunah.
In August 2025, after years of learning and obedience, I received semikhah (ordination) as a Rabbi — not through human hierarchy, but as a servant of the Word, teaching the restoration of the first-century faith.
My mission is simple and eternal: to call the lost sheep of Yisra’el back to covenant, and to teach the nations the truth of Torah through Y’hoshua HaMashiach.
The Great Departure – From Hebraic Covenant Faith to Roman Religion
After the death of the emissaries (apostles) and early talmidim, the pure faith of The Way began to drift. The Roman Empire — steeped in paganism and political power — absorbed and reshaped the early community of believers into what would become known as Christianity.
This transformation began subtly, as leaders sought to distance themselves from Jewish customs and Torah obedience. Over time, it became a full separation from the Hebraic foundation of faith.
Between 100 and 325 C.E., during what historians call the Ante-Nicene Period, the faith that once flowed from Yerushalayim became entangled with Greco-Roman philosophy and imperial agendas.
- 155–220 C.E.: Tertullian, a Roman theologian, introduced the Latin term trinitas (trinity) — a concept foreign to Torah and Hebrew thought (see Devarim [Deuteronomy] 6:4).
- 200 C.E.: Irenaeus, bishop of Lyon, formalized a church hierarchy patterned after the Roman government.
- 313 C.E.: Emperor Constantine legalized Roman Christianity and merged it with the empire’s pagan systems.
- 325 C.E.: The Council of Nicaea established the framework of Roman Catholicism, replacing Torah observance with creeds, man-made doctrines, and state-controlled religion.
Within a century, the biblical Way had been replaced by a Roman version of religion. The Sabbath was changed from the seventh day to the first (Sun-day), Hebraic names were altered, and pagan festivals were disguised as “holy days.”
“Her priests have done violence to My teaching and they profane My set-apart matters. They have not distinguished between the set-apart and profane, nor have they made known the difference between the unclean and the clean. And they have hidden their eyes from My Sabbaths, and I am profaned in their midst.”
— Yeḥezqel (Ezekiel) 22:26, TS2009
“Her leaders in her midst are like wolves tearing the prey, to shed blood, to destroy lives, and to get greedy gain. And her prophets have coated them with whitewash, seeing a false vision and divining a lie for them, saying, ‘Thus said the Master Y’hovah,’ when Y’hovah had not spoken.”
— Yeḥezqel 22:27-28, TS2009
This was not the faith of Avraham, Yitz’chak, and Ya’akov. It was a religion born of an empire — one that replaced the Hebrew names of יהוה (Y’hovah) and יהושע (Y’hoshua) with titles such as Lord, God, and Jesus.
“Flee from the midst of Baḇel (Babylon)… for this is the time of Y’hovah’s vengeance.”
— Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 50:8, TS2009
The call remains: “Come out of her, My people.” To follow Y’hoshua is not to embrace religion, but to walk in covenant obedience — the original Hebraic faith that honors Torah and proclaims the coming Kingdom.

The Few Who Are Called, Chosen, and Faithful
Not everyone who claims to follow Y’hoshua is walking in His Way. Scripture warns that many will claim to serve Him while living in rebellion to His Torah.
“For the time is coming when people will not have patience for sound teaching, but will cater to their passions and gather around themselves teachers who say whatever their ears itch to hear. Yes, they will stop listening to the truth and turn aside to myths.”
— 2 Timotiyos (2 Timothy) 4:3-4, CJB
“For many are called, but few are chosen.”
— Mattityahu (Matthew) 22:14, TS2009
The “few” are those who respond to Y’hovah’s call to set-apartness (kedushah) — walking in holiness and obedience to His Torah through the Ruach HaKodesh.
“Because Elohim from the beginning chose you to be saved—in set-apartness of Spirit and belief in the truth.”
— 2 Thessalonikeim (2 Thessalonians) 2:13, TS2009
“Chosen according to the foreknowledge of Elohim the Father, set apart by the Spirit unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Y’hoshua HaMashiach: favor and peace be increased to you.”
— Kefa Aleph (1 Peter) 1:2, TS2009
“As the One who called you is set-apart, so you also should become set-apart in all behavior.”
— 1 Peter 1:15, TS2009
Y’hoshua Himself declared:
“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit — fruit that will last.”
— Yochanan (John) 15:16, CJB
Those who are called, chosen, and faithful are the ones who obey His Word and keep His Sabbaths as a sign of their covenant.
“And I also gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between them and Me, to know that I am Y’hovah who sets them apart.”
— Yeḥezqel (Ezekiel) 20:12, TS2009
They pursue holiness not for religious duty but because they love Y’hovah. They are the remnant who will stand with the Lamb in the end.
“These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them, for He is Master of masters and Sovereign of sovereigns; and those with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful.”
— Ḥazon (Revelation) 17:14, TS2009
To be among the few is to answer the call of restoration — to reject compromise, to walk in Torah, and to follow Y’hoshua wherever He leads.
The Narrow Way of Set-Apartness
The walk of the talmid is not easy. Y’hoshua warned that only a few would find the path that leads to life.
“Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. Because the gate is narrow and the way is afflicted, which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”
— Mattityahu (Matthew) 7:13–14, TS2009
Those who follow The Way must walk in obedience and endurance, separating themselves from the corruption of this world, Babylon.
“Pursue peace with all, and pursue holiness, without which no one shall see the Master.”
— Ivrim (Hebrews) 12:14, TS2009
Holiness (kedushah) is not a suggestion; it is the evidence of a covenant relationship. Only those who have been born again by the Ruach can walk this narrow road.
“For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your beings.”
— Kefa Aleph (1 Peter) 2:25, TS2009
“Because this is the covenant that I shall make with the house of Yisra’el after those days, says Y’hovah: giving My Torah in their mind, and I shall write it on their hearts; and I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.”
— Ivrim (Hebrews) 8:10, TS2009
This is the mark of the renewed covenant — Torah written on the hearts of those who love Him. It is not a list of rules, but a relationship of obedience born from love.
“If you love Me, you shall guard My commands.”
— Yochanan (John) 14:15, TS2009
The narrow way can be lonely, but it is the path of light, life, and shalom. It separates the true talmidim from the crowds who follow religion instead of relationship. Those who walk this path become living testimonies of Y’hovah’s power to restore what was lost.
“And there shall be a highway, and it shall be called ‘The Way of Set-Apartness’; the unclean does not pass over it, but it is for those who walk the Way, and no fools wander on it.”
— Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 35:8, TS2009

The Mission and Vision of Netzari Mashiach Judaism
The purpose of Netzari Mashiach Judaism is to fulfill the commission of our Rabbi, Y’hoshua Ben Y’hovah:
“Go therefore and make talmidim of all the nations, immersing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Ruach HaKodesh, teaching them to guard all that I have commanded you.”
— Mattityahu (Matthew) 28:19–20, TS2009
This ministry exists to restore what has been forgotten — the Hebraic roots of faith, the authority of Torah, and the covenant identity of the people of Yisra’el (both natural and grafted-in).
We believe that:
- All Scripture — The Torah (5 books of Moshe), Prophets, and Apostolic Writings — is inspired and eternal. Thus, all Scripture is called TORAH (His Instructions).
- Y’hoshua HaMashiach is the living Word, the Torah made flesh.
- The Ruach HaKodesh empowers us to walk in righteousness, teaching us the truth of the Word.
- The Torah remains the standard of holiness and the definition of sin.
- The Sabbaths and Moedim (appointed times) are everlasting signs between Y’hovah and His people.
Our mission is not to build an organization but to raise up true talmidim — men and women who study the Word daily, walk in obedience, and live as lights to the nations.
“Your way, O Elohim, is in set-apartness; who is a great Ěl like Elohim?”
— Tehillim (Psalm) 77:13, TS2009
We are not a denomination, not a Hebrew Roots movement, nor a sacred-name faction.
We are Hebrew talmidim of the Hebrew King — Y’hoshua HaMashiach.
The internet ministry of Netzari Mashiach Judaism serves as a global yeshiva — a place of study, prayer, and teaching for those seeking truth. Technology, used to spread deception, can now be used to proclaim the good news of the Kingdom to the ends of the earth.
“And this Good News of the reign shall be proclaimed in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come.”
— Mattityahu (Matthew) 24:14, TS2009
Through every teaching, every article, and every message, our goal is to awaken the called and chosen of Y’hovah — to bring them out of Babylon, to renew their minds, and to prepare the Bride of Mashiach for His return.
“And those from among you shall build the old waste places; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you would be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.”
— Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 58:12, TS2009
This is our identity, our mission, and our purpose: Restoration.

DID YOU RECEIVE THIS CARD FROM OUR MINISTRY?
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is valuable for teaching the truth, convicting of sin, correcting faults, and training in right living.” 2 Timothy 3:16

Do you need to be bornagain? Are you grafted into Yisrael? Romans 11

Luke 6:40 A talmid/disciple is not above his Rabbi; but each one, when he is fully trained, will be like his Rabbi.
The Repairers of the Breach!
In every generation, Y’hovah raises voices of truth to call His people back to the covenant. The prophets spoke, the talmidim taught, and Y’hoshua HaMashiach walked among us — all proclaiming one message: Return to Me.
“I, Y’hovah, have called you in righteousness, and I strengthen your hand and guard you, and give you for a covenant to a people, for a light to the nations.”
— Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 42:6, TS2009
We are living in the days when that light must shine again. The faith of Avraham, the obedience of Moshe, and the redemption of Y’hoshua are being restored in the hearts of a remnant who refuse to compromise truth for tradition.
“The earth has been defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the Torot, changed the law, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore, a curse shall consume the earth, and those who dwell in it be punished. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth shall be burned, and few men shall be left.”
— Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 24:5–6, TS2009
Even amid judgment, Y’hovah is merciful. He is awakening His people, reviving the ancient faith, and preparing the Bride of Mashiach for His soon return.
This is the purpose of Netzari Mashiach Judaism — to be “Repairers of the Breach” and “Restorers of the Ancient Paths.”
To rebuild the foundations laid by the prophets and apostles, to teach Torah and faith in unity, and to call all nations back to the covenant of life through Y’hoshua HaMashiach.
“And those from among you shall build the old waste places; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you would be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.”
— Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 58:12, TS2009
We are living in the generation of restoration — the fulfillment of prophecy — where Y’hovah is calling both Jew and Gentile to become one people in His covenant, walking in His ways and living by His Word.
Let every heart hear His voice. Let every believer awaken from slumber. Let every talmid take up the call to restoration.
The time is now.
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.”
— Ḥazon (Revelation) 2:7, TS2009
HalleluYah! Shalom, and may the peace of Y’hovah rest upon all who seek His truth.
